Qlik announces acquisition of Talend
Qlik has announced the successful acquisition of Talend , expanding its premier resources for modern enterprises to access , transform , trust , analyze and act upon data .
The combined company will be led by CEO Mike Capone , completing the latest chapter in its strategic vision to offer the best data integration , data quality and analytics solutions .

SQUADRA announces acquisition of Digicade
SQUADRA , a technology consulting firm that supports companies throughout their Digital Transformation journey , has announced the acquisition of Digicade , a company widely recognized for its georeferencing solutions .
With this agreement , SQUADRA expands its portfolio to include georeferencing technologies for telecommunications , utilities , healthcare , retail , industry and logistics .
The integration of the two companies aims to enhance the digital potential of their clients , fostering positive experiences and business outcomes . With the acquisition , the SQUADRA team , already comprising more than 600 ‘ squaders ’, gains an additional 60 highly skilled collaborators combined with geospatial intelligence solutions . SQUADRA takes over the full operation of the Digicade service front . The purchase of Digicade is part of an accelerated growth strategy that aims to bring SQUADRA to a revenue level of R $ 1 billion within the next three years . The financial details of the transaction will not be publicly available .
