IFX Networks acquires the data center and telecommunications provider Netglobalis in Chile
With the purchase of Netglobalis , IFX adds three data centers to its network in Latin America and enhances its managed services offering throughout the region .

FX Networks , a Latin American provider of managed telecommunications and IT services , has announced the recent acquisition of the corporate business of Netglobalis , a Chilean telecommunications company specializing in technology infrastructure integration , IT services , monitoring , control and analytics , with over 20 years of experience .
As an IT and telecommunications service provider , Netglobalis adds three data centers to the IFX network , primarily in the Santiago area , where it has two of the country ’ s most important data centers and one more in the business city of Huechuraba , thereby enhancing its ability to respond to the growing demand from its customers in Chile and the region .
Carlos Oviedo , Country Manager for Chile and Argentina , IFX Networks , said : “ Thanks to this decision , we will be able to continue providing more and better ICT services to large corporations and government institutions in Latin America , as it allows us to merge our human , technical and infrastructure capacities .
