Liquid Intelligent Technologies acquires Cysiv MEA , cloud and cyber security provider in Egypt
Liquid Intelligent Technologies announced it has acquired Cysiv MEA , a technology company that was formerly SecureMisr , headquartered in Cairo . The business specialises in providing enterprise cloud and cyber security services to some of Egypt ’ s leading companies , particularly in the financial services sector .
The acquisition allows the London-based group with operations in Africa , UK , US , Latin America , to bring some of the best global cloud and cyber security products to the Egyptian market . Liquid is a recognised integrator on behalf of some of the biggest technology companies in the world .
The organisation will rebrand Cysiv MEA to Liquid C2 to align it with its global cloud and cybersecurity identity . Liquid plans to significantly grow the Egyptian business by tapping into the wealth of local tech talent , making Egypt a key hub for the Middle East and North Africa , MENA region .

Epicor acquires Epicor partner DSPanel , for cloud-based financial planning and analysis

Epicor , a global vendor of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth , announced it has acquired DSPanel , a global provider of cloud-based Financial Planning and Analysis solutions and existing Epicor ISV partner .
The acquisition extends the Epicor portfolio of financial management solutions , helping makers , movers , and sellers worldwide streamline and simplify budgeting , planning , forecasting , scenario modelling , and financial reporting . The acquisition includes Performance Canvas , DSPanel ’ s cloud-based FP & A solution .
The technology , which is currently offered to Epicor customers as Epicor Financial Planner , is fully integrated with the Epicor Industry ERP Cloud and delivers a unified , configurable , data-harmonised solution that supports financial , supply chain , workforce , sales , and marketing needs across an organisation .
Epicor Financial Planner transforms financial and operational data through the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning , such as the ability to predict financial models and uncover insights by aggregating and analysing data from diverse sources including ERP and Supply Chain Management , SCM systems . The solution
also automates complex tasks to reduce errors and save time in period-end closings , multi-site consolidations , and financial report management and communications .
