Civica announces new top talent to drive global growth ambitions

UK-based , smart software provider Civica has announced key appointments at board and senior executive level , a move aimed at supporting the firm ’ s ambition to strengthen its global leadership position in chosen markets .

The company has named Franck Cohen as a non-executive director who joins the Board and appointed Jeff Hewitt as executive director – UK Local Government . In addition , Deane Greenouff joins Civica ’ s executive team , heading up its housing and asset management division . Deane has held several senior roles at Civica over the past six years .
The appointments take place against the backdrop of yet another buoyant year for Civica , building on over 22 years of solid year-on-year growth .

LG Electronics announces new CEO and other changes to aggressively tackle 2022
William Cho , CEO , LG Electronics

LG Electronics has announced that William Cho , Chief Strategy Officer , will also take on the responsibility of CEO . LG ’ s top strategist since 2019 , Cho was responsible for establishing LG ’ s Business Incubation Centre and fostering new businesses opportunities in the form of inhouse ventures as well as start-up partners during his six-year tenure as president of LG North America .

Having joined Goldstar in 1987 and spending four years in LG ’ s overseas office in Germany , Cho has a storied career including roles as president of LG Canada , Australia and the United States . A graduate of Pusan University , Cho received his master ’ s degree in business from Yonsei University in Seoul .
Other notable changes include the appointment of Kim Byounghoon as CTO . Currently serving as the head of the Future Technology Centre , Dr . Kim is being promoted to executive vice president and will simultaneously assume the roles of CTO as well as the new information and communication technology ( ICT ) leadership position .
Jang Ik-hwan , a 31-year veteran of LG , has been promoted from SVP to EVP and will assume the top position at the Business Solutions Company after successfully growing the IT business portfolio to make LG one of the fastest-growing brands in the notebook , laptop and monitor business . SVP Eun Seok-hyun has been tapped to lead the Vehicle Component Solutions Company as its third and newest president . •
