Omnix International appoints Walid Gomaa as acting CEO
Omnix International has announced the appointment of Walid Gomaa as the acting CEO . Transitioning into his new role , Gomaa will continue to drive the organisation into proficiencies that will enhance its strategic priorities . He was previously vice president Solutions and Customer Success within Omnix .

Gomaa is an IT veteran with over 33 years of proven track record . His experience spans several key IT areas including infrastructure , middleware , application development , data management , enterprise content management , applications modernisation and cloud computing . He has previously worked with leading international and regional IT organisations including IBM , Hewlett Packard Enterprise , EMC , Gulf Business Machines , Huawei Enterprise , Oracle and Hitachi Vantara .

ServiceNow gets new president for EMEA
Digital workflow company ServiceNow has announced leadership promotions for its executive team . From February 1 , 2022 , ServiceNow welcomed former Salesforce and Coca-Cola executive Ulrik Nehammer as the new president of Europe , Middle East , and Africa ( EMEA ).
Nehammer joins ServiceNow from Salesforce , where most recently he held the position of CEO for APAC . He joined Salesforce in 2017 when he also served as strategic customer advisor .
Prior to joining Salesforce , Nehammer served as CEO at Coca- Cola Germany . He began his career at Coca-Cola in 1992 , across various management positions in the company and bottling operations , living in seven countries across Europe and Asia .
