Unisys acquires unified endpoint management expert Mobinergy
Unisys Corporation , a global IT solutions company , has announced it has acquired Mobinergy , which specialises in unified endpoint management ( UEM ). Unisys is funding the transaction with cash on hand and will focus on growing Mobinergy activities globally to expand its UEM business .
Mobinergy , which has operations in France , UK and Germany , will expand and enhance Unisys ’ existing UEM expertise .
Mobinergy is the second acquisition announced by Unisys in the digital workplace solutions space . The company acquired Unify Square , an experience management provider for secure collaboration and communications platforms , in June 2021 .

Avantra acquires FogLogic IP to accelerate growth and product innovations
Avantra , a provider of AIOps and automation platform for
SAP operations , has announced the acquisition of FogLogic Intellectual Property ( IP ) to deliver the next generation AIOps innovations and advanced Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) and Machine Learning ( ML ) capabilities within its best of breed SAP operations platform .
The acquisition of FogLogic technology will accelerate Avantra ’ s product development and support the company ’ s mission to deliver unmatched intelligent operations .
