FireEye sells FireEye Products business to STG for US $ 1.2 billion
FireEye , has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the FireEye Products business , including the FireEye name , to a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group ( STG ) in an all-cash transaction for US $ 1.2 billion , before taxes and transaction-related expenses .
The transaction is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter of 2021 , subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions .

Cybereason acquires empow to enhance XDR offerings

Cybereason , a provider of operationcentric attack protection solutions , has announced the acquisition of empow , a security analytics company based in Tel Aviv . The empow acquisition adds innovative predictive response technology , a library of out-of-the-box data integrations and toptier engineering and product talent .
