ServiceNow to acquire Intellibot to help businesses automate any workflow
ServiceNow , a digital workflow company making work , work better for people , has announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Intellibot , a robotic process automation ( RPA ) company based in Hyderabad , India .
Intellibot extends ServiceNow ’ s core workflow capabilities by helping customers automate repetitive tasks for intelligent , end to end automation .

Eaton acquires Green Motion SA to expand electric vehicle charging capabilities
Power management company Eaton , has announced it has acquired Green Motion SA , a designer and manufacturer of electric vehicle charging hardware and related software . Green Motion is based in Switzerland .

Green Motion has been manufacturing charging stations , designs management software for charging networks , operates charging stations and is a service provider for electric mobility for the last 10 years . Eaton ’ s 2020 revenues stood at US $ 17.9 billion . It is present in more than 175 countries and employs approximately 92,000 people .
