Equinix appoints Lorraine Wilkinson as Regional Vice President for Sales , UK
Equinix , a digital infrastructure company , has announced the appointment of Lorraine Wilkinson as its new Regional Vice President for Sales for the United Kingdom . Wilkinson will be a key member of the UK leadership team and will be responsible for implementing and progressing Equinix ’ s sales strategy in the UK , developing existing customer relationships and supporting the long-term acquisition of new customers .
Wilkinson brings her 25 years of sales experience within the tech sector to Equinix . Most recently she was Vice President of the UK and Ireland for Global Compute and Client Solutions Sales at Dell Technologies , where she was responsible for selling workforce and data centre solutions to some of the largest companies in the region , across a wide range of industry segments . Her work in this role supported Dell achieving a top market share position in both mainstream servers and commercial PC segments .

Micro Focus appoints new regional leadership in Emerging Markets
Anas Jwaied , Vice President and General Manager for Emerging Markets , Micro Focus
Micro Focus has announced the appointment of Anas Jwaied to the role of Vice President and General Manager for Emerging Markets . The region constitutes a conglomerate of over 70 countries spanning Middle East and
Africa ( MEA ), Central and Eastern Europe ( CEE ), Israel , Russia and Brazil . Jwaied ’ s appointment to the position comes after a four-year successful tenure as Managing Director for the MEA region at Micro Focus .

Jwaied brings over 25 years of experience in leadership positions and has managed diverse teams across Europe , Middle East and Africa ( EMEA ) within the technology sector .
Having held prior executive positions at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise , he transitioned with the 2016 spin merger ( of HPE and Micro Focus ) to the role of Managing Director for Micro Focus MEA .
