Welcome to Issue 36 of Intelligent
Tech Channels and the first edition of 2021 .
This month , I am pleased to introduce a new column from a colleague who has more than 10 years of experience working in the channel , Manda Banda . He will be giving his views on all things channelrelated and starts by focusing on channel credit schemes in MEA .
On the front cover of this month ’ s edition , we feature Kristine Dahl Steidel , Vice President EUC EMEA , VMware , who explains how companies need to embrace the changes to the way people work across the world , due to the pandemic . She emphasises the need to build mutual trust with employees as they work from anywhere .
She spoke to Dr Carl Benedikt Frey , Director , Future of Work Programme at the University of Oxford , about the biggest workforce trends to look out for in 2021 and listed some of their mutual observations .
This month ’ s Expert Speak comes from Koorosh Khashayar , VP Global Channels at iland , who talks about how the channel can empower businesses post-pandemic . He explains how the vendor community and channel partners can support organisations to go on to enjoy continued growth and success .
In the Future Tech section , channel experts focus on technology , channel and business predictions for 2021 . We have contributions from A10 Networks , iland , Nutanix and Pure Storage .
