Fitzjohn will be responsible for helping to enable and accelerate the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, and for implementing the new global operating model for alliances and channel Ecosystem in EMEA. This operating model is aimed at driving new sales and delivery capability and capacity for the Now Platform across a vibrant and growing ecosystem. Fitzjohn brings to his position 20 years of experience in transformational settings, covering both direct and partner sales leadership roles.
