The intelligent communications platform is enabling users to communicate remotely while maintaining security over every type of device following the deployment by Fakhro Electronics, an Avaya Diamond partner. T he Bahrain Football Association (BFA) has smashed its way to the top of the league with an advanced communications deployment using technology from Avaya. The governing body of football in Bahrain – which this year was crowned winner of the West Asian Football Federation WAFF Championship – the BFA this year required an upgrade to its telecommunications services, which are consumed by its employees. With a focus on remote working, enabling bring-your-own-device policies (BYOD) and security, the organisation found the win 32 in an intelligent solution from Avaya. That solution, delivered by Fakhro Electronics, an Avaya Diamond partner, came in the form of Avaya’s advanced telephony and communications technologies, and the latest Avaya Desktop Experience devices. This included the award-winning Vantage K155, the industry’s only customisable desktop device that provides the advantages of a deskphone and the flexibility of an application platform.
