As you can imagine , hiring from around the world is much different than just the United States , where our expertise lies . Although we at Zeeto knew the high-level strategy of what we were trying to accomplish , we did not know much about the logistics . That ’ s where Globalization Partners really helped us . It was able to help us create and set realistic timelines for the process , understand the market rate for the positions we wanted to hire and the average time to hire in these new regions . It provided insights into the specific local customs and legal challenges we needed to anticipate in various locales . Once we knew all of the details , we were able to tighten up our hiring strategy and begin hiring with confidence .
How is the experience for employees that are on onboarded via the platform ?
It is very straightforward , as employees are run through the portal quickly and easily with no complaints . There are multiple layers of assistance to help along every step of the way and all in all it has been as smooth as we could have hoped .

The benefits to the company are numerous , but for us the greatest benefit has been successful onboarding and peace of mind . We want to know that everything is set up properly so if something does go awry in the future , we know the company is not at legal risk within a certain country with whose laws and regulations we ’ re unfamiliar . How has this enabled your organisation to scale ?
Over the past five months , we ’ ve hired very technical , high-level employees to our team . These are positions that can be difficult to find even one person who ’ s the right fit . Opening us up worldwide has proven fruitful in our search for the right talent . This expansion now accounts for approximately 13 % of our entire company . This is a very exciting time , and we look forward to continuing this success .
How do you plan to work with Globalization Partners going forward ?
I am really excited about working with Globalization Partners to expand into new countries . Mexico has gone really well . What we really like about Globalization Partners is the ability to roll-out and hire in countless other countries . There are so many roles that could be filled potentially differently , or even better , in other markets – especially when viewed from a skillset , time zone , cost or other perspective . It ’ s really appealing that we can try it out in so many different countries . If we identify a candidate for an open career opportunity , it doesn ’ t take us months to figure out how to hire and employ them . We want to do it the right way .
