ShiftMed , one of the first ondemand workforce marketplace delivering scalable , cost-efficient and sustainable labour to in-home , acute and post-acute care providers , has released the findings from its second Annual State of Nursing Report , conducted in partnership with Wakefield Research .
The ShiftMed Annual State of Nursing Survey was conducted by Wakefield Research among 500 US nurses , including 400 RNs , 50 LPNs , and 50 CNAs , between 4 – 15 August 2022 , using an email invitation and an online survey . The data was weighted .
