5 . How has Applause changed your digital development processes / strategy ?
Applause has become integral to our application development . Now , we involve crowd-testers in our software development because it allows us to test products in diverse environments and on hundreds of device and OS combinations that we didn ’ t have access to before . We ’ re applying these practices to other digital channels , including our website .
Investing in digital quality has become part of our commitment to innovation because it enables us to provide the best possible experiences for customers . Digital channels are no longer nice-to-haves and we need to ensure they work seamlessly .
6 . What does the future hold for Credem ?
Looking forward , we will continue to develop innovative new services for our customers . For example , we are collaborating with new Fintech and technology providers to offer a wide range of financial services for our customers – which includes an application that helps them to select utility providers based on the best available prices .
We are also collaborating with another Credem company group on a project to offer a fully digital lending process , for both prospects and our customers – working with Applause to test integrations between our app and partners will be key to this effort . �
