Applause sourced testers from across Italy who already had or were willing to open a Credem bank account and carry out real transactions and mobile banking tasks . The testers left no stone unturned in ensuring the app met all specifications and customer requirements , including compatibility for people with disabilities . They followed structured test cases designed by Applause to identify functional , UX and payment bugs , which were saved as detailed logs on the Applause platform and then shared immediately with our QA teams and developers .
This allowed us to accelerate development and launch on time without any hitches . It ’ s very common to find bugs that need fixing before launching a new application or service , but we didn ’ t encounter any customer-facing issues with the mobile banking app during the launch .
