The latest ColoHouse Miami data hall , MIA3 , will provide over 500kw of power and an additional 6,000 square feet of data centre space . ColoHouse ’ s Miami original data halls , MIA1and MIA2 , total 24,000 square feet on the fourth floor of 36 NE 2nd Street in Miami , Florida .

Sophos , a global leader in next-generation cybersecurity , has announced plans for new data centres in Mumbai , India and São Paulo , Brazil , in March and May , respectively . The new data centres are planned to enable organisations in these regions to meet strict data sovereignty laws and regulations , which are increasingly required for those in banking , government and other tightly regulated market sectors . The new data centres would expand Sophos ’ existing base of data centres around the world in the US , Canada , Ireland , Germany , Japan and Australia .
