Business Exchange ( IBX ) data centre in the Agecroft Commerce Park in Salford , Manchester , UK . As the UK ’ s second-largest city , Manchester occupies a key strategic location at the intersection of the UK ’ s highly resilient
‘ figure-of-eight ’ fibre optic network . The new IBX – called MA5 – will be Equinix ’ s fifth data centre in the Greater Manchester area and is scheduled to open in Q2 2022 .

LCL Wallonia One receives three ISO certificates
CL Data Centres has received ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 and ISO

9001 certificates for its Gembloux data centre in the last four months . LCL Wallonia One already had an ISO 27001 certificate – as LCL ’ s other data centres do – for the international standard for managing information security .
These new certificates confirm that all LCL data centres apply best practices according to international standards for environmental , safety and quality management .
LCL Data Centres has been aware for several years that reports and certification are important . Thanks to a third-party and external evaluation by an independent organisation , LCL can now prove that its data centres meet the standards and requirements set by the market . works in accordance with international standards for environmental , safety and quality management .
