Cooleaf launches The Great Retention

Cooleaf , a leading employee experience platform for highperforming teams , has announced The Great Retention , a new virtual community and podcast series .

Through a series of events , podcasts and other resources , The Great Retention brings people-first organisations together and highlights today ' s leaders in employee engagement .

Stagecoach deploys Workday Human Capital Management with Payroll

Workday , a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources , has announced that Stagecoach , one of the UK ’ s biggest bus , coach and tram operators , has successfully deployed Workday Human Capital Management ( HCM ) with Payroll . Stagecoach joins more than 4,000 global companies who have selected Workday HCM .

For the past two years , Stagecoach has been executing a large Digital Transformation programme enabled by Workday . With HR and payroll in one cloud-based solution , Stagecoach now has a single source of real-time data for its employees , helping to increase overall employee confidence in HR data held across the organisation . Stagecoach will also shortly be adding Workday Recruitment to its portfolio in an effort to standardise and streamline recruitment processes and onboarding across all departments , providing true visibility across the entire talent acquisition process .
The new Workday system gives Stagecoach ’ s workforce an easy way to digitally access pay information , as well as request holiday and time off . It is also helping the company ’ s management team to understand more about its teams , as well as simplifying and reducing lots of manual processes , spreadsheets and paperwork .
