Sophos announces plans for new data centres in Canada , Australia and Japan public market sectors , with the flexibility of an in-country data centre and the ability to store , manage and access data locally from Sophos Central .
The initial products and services in the portfolio with access to the new data centers include Sophos ’ Extended Detection and Response ( XDR ), endpoint , server , encryption , Cloud Optix and Managed Threat Response solutions .
Sophos , a global leader in next-generation cybersecurity , has announced plans to provide new data centers in Montreal , Canada , in July ; Sydney , Australia , in August ; and Tokyo , Japan , in September . Sophos already has data centers in the US , Ireland and Germany . The planned new data centers will provide critical additional regional capacity to address the growing global demand for Sophos Central , the cloud management platform that supports Sophos ’ portfolio of advanced , next-generation cybersecurity products .

Study finds software delivery maturity tied to business outcomes and revenue gains
CloudBees , the enterprise software delivery company , has shared results from a study conducted on its behalf by Forrester Consulting which revealed organizations with a high level of software delivery maturity are three times more likely to grow at 15 % or more annually .
Conversely , those not modernising their software delivery processes face increasing roadblocks that limit growth , slow DevOps transformations and expose security and risk vulnerabilities .
“ The organizations that unravel the complexities of the software delivery process exceed business objectives and grow revenue faster than those that do not ,” said Stephen DeWitt , CEO at CloudBees .
“ Those that don ’ t , face issues with collaboration and communication across their organizations which can lead to siloed development , delivery bottlenecks and ultimately , customer dissatisfaction .

The study , Modernizing Software Delivery with End-to-End Automation , Orchestration and Collaboration , was commissioned by CloudBees and is based on a survey of 317 IT decision-makers .
