Oracle Cloud Infrastructure announces ServiceNow integration to improve multi-cloud management

Many global companies choose ServiceNow as the platform of choice for IT Service Management ( ITSM ) and IT Operations Management . With this integration , enterprise customers now have the ability to discover and manage OCI IaaS , PaaS and CaaS resources using ITOM Visibility as they would use for other cloud resources .

Oracle has announced that ServiceNow , a leading digital workflow company , now supports Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ( OCI ).

Enterprise customers are now able to access and manage OCI resources via their existing ServiceNow Service portal and the ServiceNow IT Operations Management ( ITOM ) Visibility application , which gives them a single dashboard to manage their public cloud resources from Oracle and other major cloud providers .
Oracle Cloud continues to expand its comprehensive cloud portfolio , which includes 29 Oracle Cloud regions , Oracle Government Cloud and seven global Oracle-Microsoft Azure Interconnect regions and the most complete support for hybrid cloud strategies .
“ Enterprise customers are increasingly moving toward a multi-cloud environment and need an easy way to manage all of their cloud resources ,” said Scott Twaddle , Vice President of Product , Industries and Partnerships , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure . “ This is a big step forward for all of our customers that are using Oracle , as well as other major cloud providers to run their business-critical applications . Now customers can leverage their existing ServiceNow Service portal to view and manage all of their cloud resources , including Oracle .”

Hexagon is elected the best provider of Geographic Information System ( GIS ) software

Hexagon has been named a gold medalist and has claimed the first place overall in the 2021 GIS Data Quadrant Report from SoftwareReviews , a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group .

The report recognizes outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by SoftwareReviews ’ users annually .
The award is unique because it ’ s based on the collective knowledge of real users and placement is based on satisfaction with product features , vendor experience , capabilities and emotional components .
SoftwareReviews named Hexagon a gold medalist with an 8.6 composite score , which represents the aggregate satisfaction score from end-users . Vendor support , availability and quality of training and features were among the strongest capabilities associated with Hexagon , resulting in 96 % of users reporting that they planned to renew their business agreements . Hexagon also secured the highest satisfaction scores in a variety of areas representing product features , including 3D visuals , data integration , imaging and production and map manipulation .
Hexagon also obtained a high ‘ emotional footprint ’ score of + 90 , receiving high marks for reliability , productivity and effectiveness .
Other emotional metrics where Hexagon ranked highly include strategy and innovation , product and service experience .
