AI , has announced that Power International Holding ( PIH ), the Qatari business conglomerate assisting with providing infrastructure for the 2022 FIFA World Cup , has selected Darktrace AI to protect its digital environments against cyberthreats .
A giant in its industry , PIH has over 60,000 employees and operates over 50 companies in six major sectors . Ericsson and Ooredoo partner to offer football fans 5G experiences at FIFA World Cup 2022
Ericsson and Ooredoo Qatar have partnered to ensure that hundreds of thousands of football fans from around the world will enjoy the best next-generation 5G connectivity experiences possible – inside several event stadiums and across the country – when Qatar hosts the FIFA World Cup from November to December 2022 .
The partnership will see Ericsson and Ooredoo Qatar managing 5G radio access network ( RAN ) operation performance across the network through Ericsson Managed Services solutions .
