The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi ( EAD ), the organisation responsible for the regulation and implementation of environmental laws in Abu Dhabi , has implemented SAS Analytics to support its environmental initiatives . The implementation will assist the agency to utilise its data towards making more informed decisions and driving positive change .

The SAS Analytics solution provides a unified platform for data exploration , advanced analytics , decisioning and visualiaation . In addition , it intelligently helps users to explore data , uncover insights , summarise results and share them widely across the organisation in an enhanced user experience .
“ The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi is the designated competent authority to protect and preserve the environment in Abu Dhabi . Environmental protection and preservation require information derived from analyses of credible scientific data , gathered from the agency ’ s monitoring and inspection programme . As such , we are using modern data analytical tools to ensure it is accurate , credible and scientific .”
