PROJECT UPDATE
KUWAIT
The Novotel Sharq Hotel project consists of building a
30-storey hotel tower located at Sharq, Kuwait. The project
comprises of three components including: a multi-storey
car park; podium levels to accommodate the hotel services
including both the front and the back of house services; and the
guest rooms tower. It also includes an automated car parking
system, which will provide parking on multiple levels, stacked
vertically to maximise the number of parking spaces while
minimising land use.
SAUDI ARABIA
An extensive project will see the construction of a state-
of-the-art hospital in Saudi Arabia. The on-going project’s
scope of work involves the construction of a university hospital
building at Al Majmaah University in the Riyadh Province. A
total of 10 bidders are competing for the main construction
contract of the hospital.
