Pronatel progresses with Connectivity projects in Peru
Pronatel , the National Telecommunications Program in Peru , has made progress with connectivity projects in the Loreto region .
Broadband Project and for the Broadband Project of the Manseriche district has taken place to reduce the digital divide .

When both projects are implemented , a total of 51,772 citizens , from 314 localities , from the provinces of Datem del Marañón , Alto Amazonas , Maynas , Loreto and Putumayo will be able to access the free high-quality Internet service .
Additionally , the joint installation of seven Digital Access Centers ( CAD ) is planned , which will promote and advance the productive use and appropriation of new technologies by the population .
Both projects will allow the deployment of approximately 100 kilometers of fiber optics , so that 392 public institutions , including schools , medical posts and police stations , as well as end-users , can access broadband services .
Previously in 2020 , Institutional Cooperation Framework Agreements were signed with the Regional Government of Loreto to facilitate the execution of the Napo-Putumayo Project and the Manseriche Project .
Pronatel , an entity attached to the Ministry of Transport and Communications , continues to reduce the connectivity gap in Peru and generate opportunities for all Peruvians , through the implementation of Internet services using a high-quality telecommunications network .
