wWhat would you describe as your most memorable achievement ?
I believe that there is not only one most memorable achievement , all that I have achieved in my career is important . I always try to connect the dots , that is , I try to believe that I always get one achievement through another .
What made you think of a career in technology first ?
From a very early age I had the opportunity to have contact with technology , my father was already working in the area and that attracted my attention a lot , and the interest in information security came at that time as well .
What style of management philosophy do you employ in your current position ?
I always believed that behind the work are real people . I really like to understand aspects of each one , and always provide the integration of teams , promoting teamwork , sharing knowledge and helping to integrate new employees . I believe these are the three pillars needed to achieve a good and more productive work environment .
What do you think is the current hot technology topic of conversation ?
Blockchain and physical asset tokenization . I believe that these areas will still grow a lot and are currently a great trend .
