EL SALVADOR
Brazil and China will sign a cooperation and exchange agreement in semiconductor technologies , 5G , 6G and other generations of mobile networks , Artificial Intelligence and photovoltaic cells for solar energy generation . The agreements should also provide training in the development of data protection systems , applications , cloud computing , the internet of things ( IoT ), as well as algorithms for the industry . The investment and technology transfer to factories installed in Brazil can boost the production of less advanced chips . With that , the country can start producing 14-nanometer semiconductors , necessary for the national automotive industry .
El Salvador has issued its first digital asset license to Bitfinex , making the exchange the first international platform to receive approval under the Digital Assets Issuance Law . The move is part of the efforts to increase its exposure to cryptocurrencies and is conducted by the National Digital Assets Commission ( NDAC ), a regulatory agency . The local subsidiary of the Bitfinex group , Bitfinex Securities El Salvador , will facilitate the issuance and trading of digital assets , allowing various entities , from small businesses to governments , to raise capital in a regulated environment .

ARGENTINA
The Brazilian startup Take Blip , which creates business communication solutions , is expanding its international venture . The beginning of April marked its official arrival in Mexico , where it already has its operation and 80 clients . The expectation is to win over leading local companies in telecommunications , e-commerce , finance and healthcare . According to the company , the international expansion reflects the successful strategy of chatbot market disruption in Brazil and targets growth opportunities in Mexican e-commerce . Diana González , a Mexican executive with experience at companies like Meta , Google and IBM , is leading the business in the country .
The Defense Minister of Argentina , Jorge Taiana , has signed the Productive Cooperation Agreement deal with Swedish developers SAAB Dynamics . According to the agreement , SAAB will support the Argentine company INVAP with integrating radars into the RBS- 70 system and for technology transfer to the Armed Forces . Taiana said : “ The new agreement aims to strengthen the anti-aircraft defense capability , based on the acquisition of the RBS 70 NG ( New Generation ) short-range air defense system .” The agreement also foresees the modernization of the current RBS 70 systems to Next Generation level .
