Zenteno said : “ First , there will be a joint go-to-market to collaborate on the Digital Transformation cycle for customers in Colombia . Claro will sell and offer services from OCI – Oracle ’ s cloud . Secondly , there will be migration of workloads from Claro Colombia and Claro Ecuador to OCI . And thirdly , there will be a cloud region hosted at Claro . This will happen a few months later , without harming Claro ade with the service offering and Oracle Cloud ( OCI ) as of now .”
