In September , a whopping 4.4 million workers quit their jobs , alarming managers and human resource departments across industries and inspiring witty jargon like ‘ The Big Quit ’ and ‘ Turnover Tsunami ’. Since then , it got worse with
4.5 million employees leaving their jobs in November , bringing the total number of quits in America to over 38 million .
