Hallo Technologies , the innovation and technology startup in San Juan , Puerto Rico , has announced the launch of new features in its platform Hallo PR . According to Alan Burke , Co-founder and CFO of Hallo Tech : “ Hallo ’ s mission is to create a maximum economic impact on our Helper ecosystem by connecting providers to as many gigs as possible and developing mobile applications that foster the gig economy in underserved markets . The new features are part of the platform ’ s growth strategy and are another tool to achieve that goal .”
Panama ’ s Ministry of Economy and Finance has announced that its Electronic Invoicing Systems were positively received by the sector . The SFEP offers two methods for billing management : The ‘ Free Invoice ’ and the ‘ Qualified Authorized Provider ’. The Free Invoice is focused on entrepreneurs or small businesses and is a simplified tool , just to generate electronic documents that do not allow integration with other systems and can be used from any mobile device or computer . PACs , on the other hand , are aimed at legal entities that are authorized by the Directorate- General for Revenue to grant electronic invoice validation to taxpayers who use it , ensuring continuity of service .

Itaipu Binacional , an energy supplier in Paraguay and Brazil , sponsored the development of a platform to promote the mobile application called Recorré Asunción : A Walk-Through History , presented as a new tourist alternative to rediscover the historic places of the country ’ s capital from cellphones . This app offers a self-guided tour that allows users to discover the emblematic buildings of downtown Asunción through a digital platform that uses QR codes with text and audio information in Spanish and English . Juan Azuaga , Tourism Advisor , Itapu , said : “ Itaipu ’ s contribution consisted of technical assistance for the development of accessible infrastructure in relation to architectural barriers .”
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Peru ( MTC ) has created a sectoral working group to improve the radio spectrum management system , to update and optimize quality processes for the benefit of its users . This resource will be used mainly for the provision of telecommunications , radio and television services . For this , a technological platform is necessary that follows the cuttingedge modernity in telecommunications systems which allows the introduction of the necessary Digital Transformation processes . The group is responsible for preparing and recommending the criteria that allow the formulation of investment studies and their steps to present the final project report .
