The Royal Dental Center (RDC) has gone
completely paperless using PROMED
– Clinical Management System. RDC’s
successful partnership with software
provider PROACT United has made the
dental centre smart and paperless, saving
time, space and stationery.
PROACT United’s PROMED system starts
with the call centre and offers patients
the ability to book an appointment.
This leads to capturing patients’ data
from the Civil ID card reader as well as
a questionnaire completed on a tablet –
with the information going straight to the
patient’s profile.
With the help of the doctor’s records, the
PROMED software links the medication
with the inventory and the receptionist/
pharmacy and shows it as a notification.
PROMED’s other services includes
inventory, a SMS service, a mobile app
and a web based access.
