THE NOVOTEL SHARQ HOTEL
A hotel is to be built in Kuwait City that includes an intelligent
car park. The Novotel Sharq Hotel will include an Intelligent
Mechanical System, where cars are transported to and from
parking spaces rather than being driven. The state-of-the-art
system will provide parking on multiple levels, stacked vertically
to maximise the number of parking spaces while minimising
land use.

THE AL SHUWAIKH NEW CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
The Al Shuwaikh New Children’s Hospital in Kuwait City will
deliver a futuristic hospital design theme, comprising an
innovative and functional design that incorporates state-of-the-
art technology and energy conservation. The project, which will
incorporate technology into the heart of its operations, includes
a total of 792 beds, split between secondary care with 160 beds,
and 632-bed tertiary care to cater for all medical needs and
modes of treatment.
