Viavi Solutions has announced that Vodafone Portugal has deployed NITRO GEO , a subscriber-centric , app-aware intelligence platform that delivers powerful insights into the customer experience while enabling Vodafone to handle data in a GDPR-compliant manner . Leveraging the rich analytics from the platform , the carrier has already demonstrated improvements in handling subscriber complaints .

GERMANY
Motorola Solutions has been selected by the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment , Information Technology and In- Service Support ( BAAINBw ) to provide secure digital radio communications for 16 naval vessels and training platforms for the German Navy . The contract , valued at US $ 82.3 million (€ 69.9 million ), will deliver mission-critical communications to support onboard security teams who are responsible for the safety of crews at sea and the operational readiness of naval vessels .

Infor , the industry cloud company , has announced it has closed an agreement with Toy Partner , a Spanish company that for more than 40 years has been importing and distributing exclusively a wide range of consumer products , especially toys . The five-year SaaS deal will help modernise and streamline its enterprise management system with a more modern , robust and flexible cloud service , suitable to meet new IT challenges the company will face .

Insitu , a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company , has announced the formation of a strategic alliance with MDSI ApS of Copenhagen , Denmark , to collaborate on unmanned aircraft system ( UAS ) opportunities with the Danish Defence and potentially other customers across the Nordic Defence Cooperation ( NORDEFCO ) and the European Union ( EU ).
