UK
DHL Supply Chain, a market leader in contract logistics and part
of Deutsche Post DHL Group, has announced a significant fleet
investment in the UK. The investment, worth £90 million, will put over
1,000 new vehicles into service in the UK during 2019.
The investment includes tractor units, as well as specialised rigids and
multi temperature-controlled vehicles. All vehicles will be equipped
with the latest safety features, including cameras, Microlise
telematics and the latest engine technology.
PORTUGAL
NOS, an industry leader in communications and entertainment
in Portugal, is the first operator to launch a smartphone on the
Portuguese market that is 5G-ready.
The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G is the first commercial device prepared for
the fifth generation of mobile communications in the country.
