However, utilising this technology potentially brings with it many complex challenges that users must be prepared for or they risk being left behind. F ifty-two percent of consumers worldwide are now using Internet of Things (IoT) devices, yet 64% of those have already encountered performance issues – according to a global survey of 10,000 consumers, announced by software intelligence company, Dynatrace.
