Colt DCS launches its largest data center in Japan

Inzai 3 also employs the latest construction techniques to counteract the effects of any seismic activity in the region . The hyperscale superstructure sits on a system of seismic isolation mechanisms that will isolate the whole building from any seismic shifts and allowing it to move as one , rather than to sway .
Colt Data Centre Services ( DCS ) has announced the launch of its Inzai 3 hyperscale data center – its largest facility in Japan . The 27MW facility has already achieved over 90 % pre-letting and comes at a time of increased demand in the Japanese market .
The launch of Inzai 3 represents an expansion of Colt DCS ’ Inzai campus , which already houses two other hyperscale facilities . Between the three data centers , there is a total of 50MW of IT power available on the campus . In response to customer demand for larger data halls , Inzai 3 ’ s data

Nokia strengthens 5G private wireless ecosystem in Japan with industry-leading alliance
Nokia has announced the ‘ Nokia Local 5G
Technology Partnership ’, a new strategic alliance involving Conexio , Hitachi Kokusai , NS ( Nippon Steel ) Solutions , Omron and Sharp to accelerate adoption of 5G-based enterprise industry solutions in Japan .
Working in close collaboration , alliance partners will combine their collective industry , device , applications , cloud and 5G expertise to create new industry-specific solutions for use cases that include remote control , Artificial Intelligence , automation , robotics and automatic guided vehicles .
The alliance will enable participating companies to speed development and deployment of new , industry-based use cases with customers . Integrating Nokia 5G private wireless at the concept and design phase will ease solution development , speed implementation and contribute to faster returns on investment for the customer .
