CIM expands partnership with Scentre Group for improved sustainability and operational efficiency

SaaS platform that enables teams to work more collaboratively and accelerates the journey to net zero emissions , has announced it has added 10 Westfield Living Centers to its existing partnership with Scentre Group .
The group is the owner and operator of 42 Westfield Living Centers across Australia and New Zealand .
The partnership now spans 31 key retail sites across Australia and means that CIM ’ s PEAK Platform is now supporting reductions in environmental impact and improvements in operational efficiency in some of the largest and most prominent retail centers in Australia .
Among the 31 key retail sites are Westfield Chermside ( 176,835sqm ), Westfield Fountain Gate ( 178,394sqm ), Westfield
Varun Nair , General Manager – Operations and Environment , Scentre Group , said : “ Since Scentre Group was established in 2014 , we ’ ve already reduced our emissions by 30 %. We have an interim emission reduction target of 50 % by 2025 which we are on track to deliver . Our Next Gen Living Centers harness smart technologies , Big Data and learning algorithms to ensure our centers are safer , more comfortable , and operationally efficient .

Rubrik Zero Labs research reveals effects on leadership after cyberattacks
IT and security leaders must address , on average , one cyberattack per week according to a new study released by Rubrik Zero Labs , titled The State of Data Security .
Rubrik , a Zero Trust data security company , gathered insights from more than 1,600 security and IT leaders including CISOs , CIOs , VPs and directors across 10 countries . The findings exposed rising security risks for organizations , resulting in widespread damage to organizations and their IT and security teams .
Steven Stone , Head of Rubrik Zero Labs , said : “ It ’ s clear from this research that cyberattacks continue to produce large impacts against global organizations and the effects are compounding . In addition to this rise in frequency and impacts of cyberevents , the individuals on the front lines are taking a psychological hit on their well-being .
