AI-driven CRM platform , has announced strong Australian customer growth , with an increase of 12 % in revenue growth over its most recent fiscal year ( January 2021 through to February 2022 ).
Sugar has also signed a record number of new customers worldwide despite the challenging economic climate .
Despite hurdles posed by the ‘ Great Customer Resignation ’, Sugar is performing strongly in the Australia market with higher customer win rates , reporting a 23 % increase in deal size in the past 12 months . Additionally , Sugar experienced year-overyear double-digit growth in revenue across all its major markets worldwide .
