The new Somerville network doubles the company ’ s network capacity and provides Australian public and private sector enterprises with the digital infrastructure to emerge stronger in a post-pandemic business environment .
Built on Cisco ’ s Network Convergence System ( NCS ), the network features the latest architecture and deployment capabilities , increased capacity and stronger performance , broader security and visibility . It will support Somerville customers with industry-leading 100 and 400 Gigabit Ethernet capacities to cater for

Sophos announces plans for new data centers in India and Brazil

Sophos , a global leader in next-generation cybersecurity , has announced plans for new data centers in Mumbai , India , and São Paulo , Brazil .

The new data centers are planned to enable organizations in these regions to meet strict data sovereignty laws and regulations , which are increasingly required for those in banking , government and other tightly regulated market sectors .
