Bangalore International Airport partners with IBM for Digital Transformation
IBM and Bangalore International Airport Limited ( BIAL ), operator of Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru ( BLR Airport ), have announced a 10-year agreement under which IBM and Kyndryl will provide best of breed IT solutions to create a new ‘ Airport in a Box ’ platform .
This will support transformation of the endto-end travel experience for passengers at BLR Airport .
As one of the fastest-growing airports in the world , BLR Airport needed a nimble , scalable and cost-competitive technology and operations environment that can increase its agility and operational flexibility to handle future growth in passenger traffic .
To achieve this goal , BIAL has selected IBM Global Business Services , IBM hybrid cloud capabilities and Kyndryl , the new , independent company that will be created following the separation of IBM ’ s Managed Infrastructure Services business , to design and implement a next generation architecture with a robust and dynamic delivery model .

Macquarie Cloud Services , part of Macquarie Telecom Group , has become the fastest Microsoft partner in Australia to achieve the Azureonly Expert MSP credential relative to business inception .
Since its official launch in February 2020 , Macquarie ’ s Azure practice has increased revenue by more than 200 %.
The title was awarded following a rigorous assessment of Macquarie Cloud Services ’ methods and commitment to customers , deemed by a Microsoft-appointed auditor as meeting the highest global standards .
The Microsoft MSP designation means that Macquarie Cloud Services will be among the first providers in the world to gain access to Microsoft ’ s product roadmap ,
The new credential also means that customers will benefit from Macquarie Cloud Services gaining access to an exclusive ‘ Request Billing Ownership ’ capability . This provides Macquarie with billing ownership of Enterprise Agreement customer Azure subscriptions , delivering cost savings and providing Macquarie with the ability to integrate innovative managed services .
