Which aspects of your job role do you find rewarding and which challenging ?
Creating and enriching customers value propositions to meet the ever-growing expectations of the final consumer is what Bossman personally finds rewarding , especially when delivered on time , within cost and to customers specifications . The process of identifying the right teams both internally and externally , managing projects and challenging each team to get the best outcome for customers is what he finds most challenging and also very exciting at the same time .
How do you best like to de-stress and re-charge off work ?
Bossman always looks forward to time with the family and does make good use of the time he gets to spend with them as a way of creating memories together as a family . He also makes time to meet and interact with different people as a way of expending his network whilst learning new and exciting things . He loves football and movies and makes effort to watch them to re-charge .
How do you think time-off will transform in the metaverse and in the digital world , say in the next 5 – 10 years ?
As a payment technology company , it is possible that Mastercard may explore the use of digital currencies and blockchain technology to facilitate payments and transactions within the metaverse and digital world . As for how time-off will transform , it is difficult to say as it largely depends on how the metaverse and digital world evolve and are adopted by society in the next 5-10 years . p
