Must Know Tips for Outlook
Remove the Ctrl + Click - When you receive an email that contains a hyperlink, Outlook makes you hold down the Ctrl key and click to open the link. If you want to remove the Ctrl part of the process so you can just click to open the link - watch this short video.
Calendar Invites - Stop sending emails back and forth to set up meetings. Use the Meeting Request option in the Calendar. Select a meeting time based on everyone's availability and when they accept the meeting it automatically goes on their calendar Here's a short video to walk you through it.
The SAISD Tech Badge Program has been a HUGE success! During the 2016-2017 school year, we gave out 950 professional and 62 integration badges. This year we have given out 925 professional and 100 integration badges. Our inspiring teachers and administrators have shown us very creative and innovative ways they are using technology on campuses.
After reviewing our current Tech Badge model, we have decided to close our current program on April 27th to begin work on Tech Badge 2.o. We are excited to bring something new and improved to SAISD for the 2018-2019 school year!
