PHET Interactive Simulations from the University of Colorado Boulder is not a new website, but is one that is constantly being updated and should be revisited often if you are a science or math teacher. Everyday more and more of their simulations are being updated to HTML 5 making them compatible for Chromebooks. Teachers can search for simulations by grade levels and devices. Wonderopolis is a website that encourages curiosity, exploration, and discovery. Their Wonder of the Day helps to get students of all ages thinking and talking. Every day you are provided with a new Wonder. The Wonder of the Day is great for discussion, research, or as a writing activity. Have a question that you would like answered?
