It's All in the Details of Google Drive

Using Google Drive can be a bit confusing - that's why knowing the details of your document is so important. Use the details button to see where you file is located, who has sharing rights and what activity has happened in your document. For a quick tour of how to use the Details option - click here.

Moving Documents Out of Shared with Me

One of the best things about Google is how easy it is to share files with other people, but finding things in the Shared with Me section of Google Drive is almost impossible. To make it easier to find shared files, move them to your Google Drive. Just right click on the file and select Add to My Drive. Once it's in your drive, you can move it to any folder to keep things organized. Here's a short video to walk you through the process.

Viewing Kahoot Results

A great way to review content with your students is to use online assessment tools like Kahoot. It's fun, quick and provides instant data. Having students play Kahoot is just the first part of the process - you have to make sure you check the results of each completed game to help you better plan for your students. There are two ways to find students results - you can open a Kahoot and click the 3 dots and then click Results or you can click on your profile name and select My Results.
