Minute Physics is an educational YouTube Channel that includes time-lapsed drawing to explain physics-related topics in approximately one minute.
Digital History began in hopes of supporting K-12 Social Studies/History teachers. It harnesses technology to enhance the teaching and learning of U.S. history. This high-quality resource is free to use, and includes U.S. history textbooks, essays, multimedia exhibits, historical maps, speeches and images. It also includes primary source materials on several topics, as well as audio-visual resources, including historic music, photographs and art works, and film trailers. Teachers can also access lesson materials and resource guides.
Looking for a replacement for (g)math or EquatIO? Look no further. Desmos is a must have tool and resource for your technology toolbox. It’s main objective is to help students learn math and to love learning math. Desmos has an online calculator that is great for both teachers and students. Teachers create your problem, snip it, and add it to a google, form, or slide. Teachers can also access the activity builder and create their own activities or check out the classroom activities already created.
The Library of Congress has a SWEET reading section that connects reading passages to primary sources, artifacts, exhibitions, presentations, lesson plans, and/or activities. It also offers cross curricular activities. Take a moment to check out the lesson plan – Finding the Heart in History: Making Connections through Poetry.
