Ingredients and Materials:

- Semi-sweet chocolate (amount may vary depending on the - size of your mold)

- Caramel or a filling or your choice (the filling layer should be quite thin)

- Food-safe paintbrush

- Tangram-shaped silicone mold (available on Etsy and Amazon)

Steps:

1. Heat your chocolate at 30-second intervals until it is melted.

2. Pour spoonfuls of chocolate into each section of your mold until they are half full.

3. Using your paintbrush, spread the chocolate up the sides of your mold (make sure the sides are completely coated) and then tap the mold to release any air bubbles.

4. Let your chocolate solidify in the fridge. This should take about 5-10 minutes.

5. Spread your filling onto the chocolate. Don’t spread it completely to the edges.

6. Melt more chocolate (step 1) and fill the mold until it is full.

7. Let solidify in the fridge for approximately 10-15 minutes.

8. Take your pieces out of the mold and have fun recreating different tangram patterns!
