On a recent Monday Morning WISE Women Accountability Call,
Monika Kristofferson with Efficient Organization shared the
concept of FOCUS MANAGEMENT vs TIME MANAGEMENT. It is
simple, yet impactful ideas like this that help us to feel WISER
each time we get together on these calls.
To take that “Focus Management” concept one step further, we
can put it through a wise filter. When we as women in business
take the time to write down what is going well each week and
what is not going well, we can decide if we want to implement
