The Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) uses the principles and
procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach language, social,
self-help, academic, daily living and life skills to individuals with autism
and related disorders. BACA was established in 2009 in Fishers, IN., by
Carl T. Sundberg, Ph.D., BCBA-D, and a group of highly trained BCBAs.
BACA has grown to have two centers in Fishers, one in Zionsville and one
in Elkhart, Ind.
Nickel Plate Players is a new Theatre Company sponsored by the Town
of Fishers Parks and Recreation, Nickel Plate Arts, The Fishers Arts
Council, The Ambassador House and Fishers Music Works.
Nickel Plate Players will premiere their first two theatrical productions on
The Nickel Plate Amphitheater stage during the Summer of 2014.
Fishers Youth Assistance: Proactively building a healthy community for
tomorrow by advocating for the youth of today.
FYA serves as an early intervention advocate for children ages 3-17
who are facing challenging life circumstances. We take an individual
approach to coordinate our communities vast array of talents, services
and resources to help children and empower parents and caregivers.
Blue Crab Financial Partners helps individuals, families, businesses,
and organizations prepare for the future in many ways. Our partners
mentor youth through the Youth Mentoring Institute and work with
educators to help administrators understand families with autistic
children. We also provide support for student art exhibits at First Friday.
We know that success starts young. Through child care programs
that teach skills and values, youth swim lessons and sports that instill
the importance of an active lifestyle, and teen programs that develop
leaders, the Fishers YMCA is the community leader in helping children
through all phases of their development.
