Wrapping Up Summer With A High Note !

Welcome to August ! It is my favorite month of the year . Besides being my birthday month , it also reminds me of the various High Notes in my life ! My Malaysian mom Nyah taught me , “ The day we stop learning is the day we give up on living .” Every August , this recipe for living life takes center stage . I go through a process of introspection and rebirth , filled with a renewed right spirit , ideas , and enthusiasm .
Since ninth grade , days before my birthday , I spend some quiet time in personal reflection on how I have lived my life for the last 12 months . From a simple review of the year ’ s various hits and misses to contemplating life-changing experiences , Over the years , I have learned to identify potential opportunities on not only how to live my life , but how to live my life with more passion in the upcoming year by adjusting my thought process and my behavior tendencies .
