While it is a niche business, there is also existing competition. How did the business develop over time and what strategies did you use to get yourself out there? It is always a challenge to start a business from the ground up. If your funds are limited, you find that you are every department - IT, finance, HR, legal, marketing and customer service! It is easy to get lost in the daily tasks and competing priorities. My advice is to take a step back regularly and reassess your priorities, ensuring that you are working on the right outputs that move the business forward.
